R10 / audio minute
Every word as spoken, including fillers, false starts and nonverbal cues. Suits discourse and conversation analysis.

Edited for readability with fillers, false starts and nonverbal sounds removed. Easier to code and quote in your thesis.
Transcript cleaning
R9 / audio minute
We correct and clean transcripts from Otter.ai, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other tools against your original recording. Minimum R270 per transcript. Where the recording length is not available: R65 per 1,000 words.
Volume discounts: 5% from 300 audio minutes and 10% from 600 audio minutes. Qualitative and quantitative analysis are quoted per project.
